Razer unveils first Mecha-Membrane Keyboard
Razer, a world leader Gaming technology firm has launched a gaming keyboard. Keyboard is based on Razer Ornata Chroma – its new ‘Mecha-Membrane technology. It is combination of mechanical and membrane key-switches which is featuring revolutionary change in Gaming technology. Membrane keyboards were used in keypads and calculators due to their small size and rubber base. Razer combined this with the what they call the merits of a mechanical keyboard, thus making it great for gamers.
According to Razer, this switch combines the best of both worlds; you get the soft, cushioned feel of a membrane keyboard with the crisp tactile feedback of a mechanical switch. Razer is also using mid-height keycaps for faster typing experience.
